Steve broke his roommate's computer, how sad...
"So, I was bowling away tonight, having a lot of fun doing power throws. I got my personal best of 570 today even... Anyway, while I was bowling, I apparently failed to noticed that I had shifted a little to the right. Unfortunately, this put my arm into the path of my roommate's IBM ThinkPad. We used to laugh about how it was indestructible. He even dropped it onto a tiled floor directly onto the screen before, and it was fine. I was not so lucky however. I bowled as usual, punched the laptop quite hard, cutting my thumb a bit, but doing far more serious damage to the poor computer. I used to laugh at the things on this site, saying 'haha, that'll never happen to me!'... I'm not laughing nearly as hard any more." -Steve
We only get pictures of peoples houses when they tell us about their damaged goods. They are like little windows into their living space. When we combine these windows with their stories we get the picture that apparently they live in a shoebox. Take Steve for instance, apparently even a slight step to the right puts him outside the playing area. Just one step... Steve, clear a space next time.

Is Zelda pissing you off? Can't figure out how to work the fishing pole? Haven't even made it that far yet? Well, whatever you do - DO NOT- throw the controller out of anger. You never know when you put your laptop at your feet and accidentally chuck the controller into the screen. That's exactly what this user did. The best part is that the strap still managed to break, what are the odds of that? Also; how awesome is it that the website is Best Buy? I bet he was ready to buy an HDTV before he realized the dangers that lurk ahead! |

Ugamer_X didn't take the bootup warning seriously. He laughed at it actually, guess who's not laughing any more? That's right. He has placed his laptop between his TV and where he was standing (I guess that's what you do when you own a laptop) Wii Sports: Bowling chalks up another victory because this remote left his hand at mach 2 and completely destroyed his laptop screen. I vote he gets "Attach wrist strap and keep your distance from other objects in the room" tatooed on his arm, I bet he'll think twice next time.
UPDATE
Turns out that this was a faked shot of the screen. A screen saver that has been around the Internet was used to try and show that he broke his laptop.
Silly Kids.
