These young men weren't going to be deterred by a safety screen. Oh sure, their TV resisted the full effects of their attacks the first time, but these guy apparently took turns brutalizing their massive projection TV until it finally succumbed to their efforts. We join our narrator, already discussing Brian's first attempt at a forced entry into the TV set...
"Well he must have gotten too into the game and thought he actually was bowling because after a large windup the remote slipped from his hand and crashed into the tv. I immediately freaked but eventually chilled a little because the tv did in fact still work, it just had a large crack in the protective layer (the crack on the right). I guess what saved the tv on this throw was that the wiimote somehow hit the screen upright instead of straight on like an arrow."
Whew, that was a close one. Good thing we've all learned to be more responsible with our wild Wii remote tendencies... What's that? More to the story? Oh well then carry on...
"After this event I instituted the strap policy. No strap, no play. This, of course, is before I knew about the failing straps. I guess the knowledge of the strap made it easier to sort of go crazy with the wiimote because I "knew" it wouldn't fly out of my hands. We were on the final frame and I had a healthy lead but wanted to turn the screws on B a little more. Wind up, shoot, *snap* CRASH! Broken wiimote strap, broken tv. This time, of course, the tv did NOT work afterwords."
It would seem if at first we don't succeed in breaking our equipment, we must try, try again. Thanks to Brian and Zensky's unwavering tenacity, we are treated pictures of a hole in a massive television screen.
